Delivery & return key terms & conditions
1. PRICES:
1.1. Prices quoted are subject to VAT, unless otherwise stated.
1.2. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.
2. PRODUCTS:
2.1. Products may vary slightly from images in our brochure and on our website, and
are for illustrative purposes only. Product packaging may also vary.
2.2. Data sheets are available to cover various products supplied within our range and
can be obtained on request. Please enquire with our Sales Team for any requests.
3. DELIVERY:
3.1. £20 carriage will be charged on orders under £100 value (excl. VAT).
3.2. £20 additional fee applicable to orders placed between 4pm and 5pm that are
requiring a next day delivery.
3.3. If special delivery requirements involve overnight delivery services, other fast
delivery or specialist services, then the cost will be charged to the customer
unless otherwise agreed.
3.4. We do not currently offer next day delivery nationwide. Please see our dedicated
delivery page for more details.
3.5. Orders must be finalised, with payment received for non-account customers or
to be approved by our Credit Control team for account customers, before 5pm
to qualify for Next Day Delivery where applicable.
3.6. Redelivery charges may be applied where costs have been incurred to The
Company due to customer not being available to accept the delivery, or for
incorrect delivery details being provided resulting in non-delivery.
3.7. Any date or period for delivery stated by “The Company” is given as an estimate
only and is not binding on “The Company”.
3.8. “The Company” does not accept any liability whatsoever for costs incurred due
to late delivery.
4. RETURNS:
4.1. Items correctly supplied against a firm order may not be returned for credit without
prior agreement from “The Company” and must be returned within 28 days from
receiving the item, unless agreed in writing by “The Company” in advance.
4.2. A restocking charge is applicable for all returns at a minimum of 20% of the
goods value and may be subject to a carriage charge if applicable, which will be
advised before the collection is made.
4.3. Special order items, including Bespoke items may not be returnable and will
depend on the supplier.
5. USAGE:
5.1. These goods are supplied on the condition that we cannot be held responsible if
they are used for any other purpose than that specified by the manufacturer. Our
recommendations and advice are given without legal responsibility and solely on
the basis of information received.
6. LIABILITIES:
6.1. Drainfast shall not be liable to “the customer” for:
6.1.1. Damage to goods or injury to persons resulting from negligent or improper use
or handling of goods by the customer, their employees or agents or members of
the general public.
6.1.2. Any Loss of profit or contracts or other consequential losses of any kind contingent
upon any acts or omissions of Drainfast Ltd or its agents however caused.
6.2. Any liability against Drainfast Ltd must be notified within 14 days of the liability
arising or shall be void and unenforceable.
