Delivery & Return Key Terms & Conditions
1) Frost Drainage Ltd undertake to provide next day delivery for qualifying
purchases when requested, on orders placed by midday, subject to stock
availability. A qualifying purchase will have a value of over £100 with a
delivery address in the UK.
2) Carriage will be charged on all orders under £100 (ex. VAT).
3) There is a minimum order charge of £20 on all orders of less than £100
in value.
4) If special delivery requirements involve overnight delivery services, other
fast delivery or specialist services, then the cost will be charged to the
customer unless otherwise agreed.
5) Any date or period for delivery stated by Frost Drainage Ltd is given as an
estimate only and is not binding. Frost Drainage Ltd does not accept any
liability whatsoever for costs incurred due to late delivery.
6) In the event of partial damage or loss, a claim on the carriers and
Frost Drainage Ltd must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery.
Non-delivery must be noti昀椀ed to Frost Drainage Ltd within 14 days of
date of invoice.
7) Items correctly supplied against a 昀椀rm order may not be returned for
credit without prior agreement from Frost Drainage Ltd. Frost Drainage
Ltd reserves the right to make a percentage charge for restocking, for
example 25% of goods value.
