Bespoke Linear Drainage
Stainless Steel Grade 304, 316, 316L or Galvanised
Frost linear drainage channels are
manufactured from stainless steel
(minimum grade 304, 1.5mm thickness)
and are available in various pro昀椀les
to suit various 昀氀oor types. Channels
can be manufactured with level invert
or built in fall. All our channels are
designed speci昀椀cally to suit individual
requirements and layouts, providing a
seamless integration and professional
aesthetic 昀椀nish to suit your needs.
When choosing a channel drain for a
speci昀椀c application it’s sensible to pay
close attention to weight load classes
which are universally applied across the
UK in accordance with British Standard BS
EN 1433:2022. Our channels are classi昀椀ed
into load classes, which are e昀昀ectively
distinct categories detailing the loadbearing capacity of each product. It is
recommended that a grating is chosen to
match the load class of the channel.
Customisable Channel Pro昀椀les
Narrow edge channels feature a slim show edge,
perfect for standard applications, providing a neat
昀氀oor 昀椀nish abutment face. These can be produced
as curved channels, compatible with a variety of
perforated gratings.
Return edge channels include an additional fold for
extra stability and a de昀椀ned abutment face. These
are available in load class D400 with a 2mm channel
thickness. A support bar is recommended for C250
and D400 applications.
Channels designed for vinyl compatibility (SVFX)
are speci昀椀cally suited for use with vinyl and other
昀氀exible sheet materials. They feature a stainless-steel
clamping system for a watertight connection, allowing
easy access without disturbing 昀氀oor coverings. These
can also be supplied with an extended 昀氀ange with
昀椀xing holes for timber deck installations.
Ideal for draining extensive areas of screed,
resin, and other 昀氀oor 昀椀nishes, hidden channel
(slot drainage) is designed to suit various paving
thicknesses and 昀氀ow rate needs, making it a
versatile solution.
