5. INSTALL GRATING
Fit grating or rodding eye to the
body ensuring the surface is at
昀椀nished 昀氀oor level using the height
adjustability of the top. With square
gratings ensure body is rotated so
any height adjustment of the grating
allows it to align with tiles or paving.
Use screws provided with cam type
height adjustment to lock the grate at
the required level.
6. FINISH FLOOR
Lay 昀氀oor screed and apply the 昀氀oor
昀椀nish around the grating or cover. Fit
removable accessories, e.g. funnels,
sediment buckets etc. If sheet vinyl
昀氀ooring or similar is used dress the
昀椀nish over the grating bezel and
clamp using the in-built clamp ring.
THREADED JOINT INSTRUCTIONS:
Apply Low Modulus Silicone to the thread of the pipe spigot & female thread
within the outlet body. Using a 昀氀at spreading utensil, evenly spread the silicone
into the threaded grooves. Insert the male into the female thread of the outlet
body then carefully turn clockwise ensuring the thread is not ‘cross threading’.
Once fully tightened, clean o昀昀 excess silicone to both ends of the threaded
connection.
